The damping material production workshop at Sunlite Technology strictly adheres to international standards including ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and IATF16949. With precise environmental control, safety management, and optimized production processes, the workshop is equipped with fully automated batching and rubber mixing systems to ensure high-quality manufacturing of damping materials.
II. Product Applications
Damping Adhesives: Applied in equipment and HVAC systems, including damping blocks and anti-vibration adhesives. They provide high damping performance, effectively dissipating vibration energy, reducing transmission, and enhancing equipment stability and lifespan.
Sealing Putty / Strips: Widely used in construction, sanitary, and HVAC applications. They offer strong adhesion, excellent sealing, and resistance to chemical corrosion. These products perform reliably under harsh conditions, ensuring long-term stability.
Automotive Soundproof Adhesives: Designed for the automotive aftermarket, they absorb high-frequency vibrations to improve interior quietness. Fully compliant with automotive interior environmental standards (e.g., low VOC emissions). Available in high-damping and lightweight versions to meet different vehicle requirements.
