Product Description
High-performance flame-retardant sealing putty developed specifically for harsh working conditions. It passes the full-item fire certification of EN45545-2 HL3 (covering smoke toxicity, heat release, and flame retardancy), featuring self-adhesive properties (adhesive strength ≥3MPa) and stability with zero sagging at 150℃ high temperature. Integrating three functions—fire isolation, airtight sealing, and vibration suppression—it is suitable for high-safety requirement scenarios such as rail transit, ships, and electric power.

Halogen-free formula eliminates toxic gas release, providing critical safety guarantee for personnel escape.

Self-adhesive design enables direct bonding to metal/composite substrates, with adhesive strength ≥3MPa (ISO 4587).
No sagging, no shrinkage or falling off after 48 hours at 150℃ high temperature, with a sealing life of >15 years.
Dynamic environment adaptability:
Elastic modulus of 0.8-1.2MPa, effectively suppressing high-frequency micro-vibrations of equipment (vibration damping rate >30%@200Hz).
Permanent deformation rate <1% within the temperature range of -40℃~150℃.

Complies with TB/T 3139 VOC limits, with no detection in 239 items of REACH SVHC.
