Product Description
This series of automotive vibration damping sheets (also known as damping pads or shock absorbing plates) are made of butyl rubber and aluminum foil composite material, featuring excellent vibration absorption and noise suppression capabilities. They are suitable for sheet metal resonance parts such as car doors, chassis, and trunks. With a composite loss factor as high as **≥0.25**, the product boasts excellent vibration absorption performance and can work with sound insulation cotton and other materials to synergistically reduce the overall vehicle noise level. It has characteristics of anti-aging, moisture resistance, anti-shedding, and non-hardening. Easy to install, it supports free cutting and curved surface fitting, significantly improving the overall vehicle NVH performance and driving comfort.
PRODUCT FUNCTION
High-efficiency damping and vibration reduction: High-loss butyl rubber absorbs and disperses resonance energy, effectively reducing body sheet metal vibration;
Multi-layer noise reduction synergy: Used in combination with sound insulation cotton and sound-absorbing materials, it comprehensively controls road noise, wind noise, and engine noise;
Convenient and flexible construction: Featuring a back adhesive design with release paper, it can be directly pasted on clean metal surfaces, allowing free cutting and adapting to any vehicle structure;
Long-lasting adherence without falling off: With high flexibility, it is heat and moisture resistant without deformation, and remains non-hardening and non-shedding during long-term use.
PERFORMANCE INDEX
Composite loss factor: ≥0.25 (with excellent vibration energy dissipation capability)
Operating temperature range: -40℃ ~ 80℃
Recommended construction temperature: 10℃ ~ 40℃
Structural composition: Polymer butyl rubber base material + aluminum foil reflective layer + back adhesive + release paper
Adhesion performance: Can closely adhere to sheet metal curved surfaces, with no bubbles or bulges
