Product Description

This series of rubber blade products are mainly made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), combined with a coupling agent-treated reinforcement system, featuring excellent tensile strength, wear resistance, and chemical medium resistance. Specifically suitable for scraping and sweeping operations of cleaning equipment under high-load, low-speed, and high-friction working conditions, they possess good tensile support performance at a given elongation and durability, and support customization of formulas and sizes as needed.

PRODUCT FUNCTION

In pressure-bearing rotational operations, the rubber blades have continuous supporting capacity, effectively bearing the equipment's own weight;  

With excellent wear resistance and tear resistance, they are suitable for high-friction cleaning environments such as concrete floors and gravel surfaces;  

The material can resist various chemical media, outdoor ultraviolet rays and ozone aging, adapting to long-term outdoor operations;  

The high-performance blade structure can achieve a residue-free cleaning effect, extending the service life of cleaning equipment.

Tensile strength: ≥20 MPa;  

Tear strength: ≥50 N/mm;  

Akron abrasion loss: ≤0.2 cm³ / 1.61 km;  

Tensile stress retention at a given elongation: Sustained support under equipment weight pressure and 200 RPM rotation speed;  

Wear life test: Actual cleaning life on cement and gravel surfaces ≥48 hours (residue-free standard);  

Anti-aging and corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to weathering aging, cutting, and acid-alkali corrosion.

APPLICATION AREA

The product is widely used in fields such as garden tools, road cleaning equipment, and floor cleaning machinery. It is suitable for particulate cleaning operations in urban roads, construction site floors, squares, parks, etc., and can effectively remove gravel, dust, fallen leaves, debris, and other ground impurities, adapting to frequent work and complex environments.
