Product Description


High-end pre-embedded sleeves are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel via precision casting. Through the design of a double-layer insulation structure, they achieve electrical isolation performance with an insulation resistance ≥10⁸Ω. Combining a pull-out strength ≥15kN and a torsional fatigue life ≥5000 cycles, they provide lifetime maintenance-free solutions for scenarios such as rail transit and medical equipment that have stringent requirements on the insulation and mechanical reliability of metal components.

PRODUCT FUNCTION


Extreme mechanical guarantee:  

The 316 stainless steel matrix has a yield strength ≥205MPa, with pull-out bearing capacity increased by 200% (compared to 304 stainless steel).  

The special tooth groove structure enables torsional fatigue life to exceed 5,000 cycles (per EN 14399 test standard).  

Dual electrical isolation:  

Alumina ceramic insulation layer + polymer sealing ring block leakage current paths at the 10⁸Ω level.  

Dielectric strength ≥3kV/mm (per IEC 60112 wet test).  

All-environment corrosion resistance:  

316L ultra-low carbon composition resists chloride ion corrosion (passes 480-hour salt spray test ISO 9227).  

Zero structural embrittlement within the -60℃~300℃ temperature range, eliminating the risk of cold shrinkage and detachment.  

Intelligent installation compatibility:  

Internal thread precision reaches GB/T 196 Class 6H, compatible with automatic torque fastening systems.
