Product Description

Aluminum foil butyl rubber composite waterproof roll is a high-performance, multi-purpose waterproof and sealing material. This product features a main layer of highly adhesive butyl rubber, composited with a high-reflectivity aluminum foil surface layer, boasting excellent bonding performance and weather resistance. It adopts a cold self-adhesive construction process, requiring no heating or open flame, making it safe and convenient. Compatible with various substrates such as metal, concrete, wood, PC boards, etc., it is widely used in waterproof and sealing projects for buildings and infrastructure. Customization in multiple specifications is available.

PRODUCT FUNCTION

High-efficiency waterproof sealing: Butyl rubber has long-lasting adhesiveness and elasticity, with remarkable effects in joint filling, sealing, waterproofing and anti-seepage;  

Excellent weather resistance: The aluminum foil layer has a reflectivity ＞90%, effectively blocking ultraviolet rays and delaying material aging;  

Multi-material compatibility: Can firmly adhere to various substrates such as color steel, concrete, wood, and glass;  

Safe and convenient construction: No open flame or hot melting required, cold self-adhesive operation is simple, improving construction efficiency;  

Long-term stability: Acid and alkali resistant, moisture and heat resistant, with no cracking, peeling or bulging during long-term use.

Anti-aging performance: Performance retention rate ≥80% after 168 hours of UV irradiation
